I recently had an interview experience with Riss Technologies for the role of Associate Software Developer. The process began with a self-introduction, followed by a machine test based on the domain I had experience in. My task was to create a sign-up and login system with proper validation, along with a user profile section that allows editing and viewing of user information. The test evaluated both frontend and backend skills. After successfully completing the task, I proceeded to an HR round, where I was asked about my background, expectations, and cultural fit for the company.
