Interview was okay in the beginning but at the end it was awful. They asked for me “respond swiftly” but then would take a long time to respond. They didn’t answer a few of my questions. After waiting over an hour I had concluded the interview which was done via zoom chat. Not even a video call. While I had waited I read over their terms and services, by the end of it I wouldn’t have felt comfortable working there as they are perceived to help a patient connect to health care but do not monitor the physicians and state that their platform is a “non-medical business support service”
