      Procurement Manager Interview

      28 Aug 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Riverlite in Aug 2021

      Interview

Initial video call with the Head of Finance. He was very nice, the atmosphere was very relaxed, but when I asked additional questions about the role he advised that he wasn't sure of the answers as he isn't in that department. All seemed to go ok, standard basic questions, I was also advised that the current person doing to job would be managed out as they just can’t handle the workload and are very poor at time management. I was then told via email to next day that I had not been successful due to my lack of experience in their sector, even though it was clear on my CV that I had no previous experience in IT. So this was disappointing and felt like a waste of everyone's time.
