Seems more like a scam then a real Job Solar Consultant (Job seekers beware) - Solar Consultant 85k - 120k. I have over a decade in door to door (direct-sales) experience, and 2 years in solar sales experience and for a job that is hiring multiple candidates you would think that a company would hire based on experience and how well individuals can present themself. Seems not to be the case? But if you are looking into this job there is alot of red flags. So just careful. I am only going off my own experiences. The interview process is a group zoom where they get you to give your 30 second response on your experience, but they give no details on the job or expectations. The only thing that was given, was saying, if you are selected someone will reach out. I tried to apply again since they had 13 job postings across Canada but they just told me I wasn't selected and kicked me out of the zoom. The very next day they have taken down the postings. Now in door to door they hiring like crazy it's not 3 to 4 people that is a sales tactic of fear of loss. I'm not writing this out of spite, but just to be cautious of a company that seems to lack in communication and respect. Also without giving a chance to ask questions of their pay scale or anything about them. This seems to be a company that maybe is only looking for people with no expectations so when they don't hit the expected 85k a there isn't a problem. Fause promises are a major red flag in door to door, or direct sales. I wish the best of this company and hope they grow and mature and they become more transparent and I hope they show better professionalism and respect to potential employees and staff, and I wish the best to their sales crew.
