Screening call was great. Then met with one of the AE Team Leads and it was an odd experience. They were very cold, and when I asked them questions about company performance etc. she seemed taken aback.

I recall being asked how I stay organized/prioritize tasks, my current meeting volume/deal size as an AE, to "tell me about myself". Also, what part of sales do I enjoy the most.
