Normally, it will be phone interview to understand the candidate job expectation of his/her search and they will do the job match based on the candidate working experiences. They will based on the candidate's requirements to match the best jobs for him/her and they will call for face to face interview and explain on the job they have selected for him/her to proceed to submit the resume to their clients for review. Once it is shortlisted for interview, they will notify their candidate and provide the interview details to them. They will also follow up closely with their candidates and clients after interview status. If the candidate is shortlisted for the job, they will follow up a meet up with candidate to sign for job offer by their clients. If the candidate did not shortlisted for the job, they will continue trying their best to look out more suitable position for their candidate
