I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Tokyo) in Nov 2020
Interview
The entire process was very vague and time consuming. I connected with the company in March 2020 and anrufendes the last interview in November!! 2020.
The recruiter would not reply for weeks in between interviews and I had difficulty to reach them via the phone as well. I attended 5 interviews and took an aptitude test and would wait weeks to get replies and confirmations. Not really what I expected from a company this big and established. As I was in dire need for a job after having moved to Japan during the pandemic, I withdrew from the process.

Question 1
Was around experience really. How comfortable with working hours as would need to mirror the UK etc
The interview process was smooth, with four rounds involving different team members and senior leaders. Most interactions were positive and friendly. The final interview with the CEO felt slightly awkward, as the discussion around career tenure did not fully account for the impact of COVID lockdowns and global layoffs, which have affected many professionals.
