The whole recruitment process was professional from my initial screening interview through to my first day on site to collect my laptop.
At each stage of the recruitment process, the recruiting team were quick to pick up the phone and give me an update regarding my application; this prompt and meaningful communication was really welcome from my side. I don’t recall ever feeling that I didn’t know where my application was up to, and this was thanks to the efficiency with which my interviews, feedback and eventual job offer were managed.
The interview was conducted in 4 stages:
1. Screening telephone interview
2. HR face to face interview (remote due to Covid)
3. Interview panel covering relevant skills and experience
4. Interview with senior management to assess overall fit within the team
