I applied for this role online and was sent an email full of 215 applicants on ONE email thread... what in the world? Many people responded to the email stating how ridiculous and unprofessional it is. Candidates work hard on applications and for a company not to email me personally regarding a role is unreal. I do not want to be a part of one email thread full of other applicants. Do you not care about candidate experience? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
