It gave me a good feel for the company, in hindsight I should have asked more questions. It was too good to be true.

Interview
Communication is quick and simple, nessecary forms are quick and easy to do. The interview surrounds skills, motivation and an insight to the company. Also includes a maths, english and colour blindness test. If successful, there is a practical assessment that assesses your ability to follow drawings amd your attitude to learning and safety etc.
