Interview
Testing was basic and done in 3 parts; same day. Very easy. Wonderlic test was one of the tests given. The other 2 were Reading and Math. These tests were averaged for a passing score. The tests had nothing at all to do with being a machinist or aerospace. Just basic testing.

Interview was ridiculously easy. Asked about past experiences in machining. Very little on what would be expected of me as a machinist with the company. Upon being hired, I found that I was one of the only people with significant experience hired.
