I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2021
Interview
Very long process! After application I was emailed about the first interview after three weeks. The first interview was very basic, someone overseas asking the standard questions, gave me a salary range and went over my experience.
3 1/2 weeks later I get another email asking for a second interview with the hiring manager. That interview was more informal. They detailed the job and requirements, training period, the next steps and asked if I had any more questions. (I had quite a few) There was a lot of good feedback and candidness. I emailed them the next day to restate my interest.
Three weeks after that I got a call from the hiring manager, saying I should expect an offer soon. Three says later I got a call with the offer from HR and got the official letter two days later.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2017
Interview
Came to a supply chain career fair, and met with some one for an interview the day after. A couple weeks later had an onsite interview. Included a dinner the night before, case study, group exercise, and a short presentation (more like longer self pitch). Very hard process, but they were all friendly and seemed to want the best from us.
