Rootstack QA Engineer interview questions

There's something very odd about this company. I was told to provide a resume using one of their templates, while this practice isn't uncommon for some companies what was odd was that I had to remove any reference to my past employers and just mention the clients I worked for (usually it is the opposite) also they sent me a guide video on how to client interviews are done and they said you had to act like the projects you worked before were by Rootstack and basically pretend like you are already working with them. I think they are basically poaching projects and resumes from candidates to put on their company portfolio to give the impression that they are bigger than they are. The lack of feedback and the fact that they removed the access from the resume I sent are big red flags
