Very informal, I met with the owner and a lady who does admin/HR/payroll/ everything else. This was probably the creepiest interview I have ever done, the owner was staring at my crotch the entire time, and they are literally looking for someone to be their minimum wage do everything slave. Run, run far away and don't even consider it, trust me no matter how desperate you are you can do better.
