Interview
It’s very long and takes ages. It got multiple steps, at the end of each you have to take a test. But manageable. I would suggest to simplify it or shorten a little bit. For a job that offer the minimum wage it’s seem a bit excessive
Very relaxed interview mainly just to get insight into personality and if you have any relevant experience. I think some Roxy’s/ new opening ones do group interview process with lots of people and teamwork activities
