I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Liverpool Philharmonic in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was accessible, questions sent in advance, interviewed by 3 team members, they seemed to answer the questions i had for them well. I had to do a presentation on work experience as it related to the role.
I ended up declining after I explained I had some access needs (working from home 1-2 days where possible) and then got a call from HR explaining that while they care about access, diversity and inclusion, they would not be able to guarantee them. When I asked about prior arranged holiday before starting the role they said that if it was declined, they would just put it down as holiday hours.
There was a high expectation to be flexible and work with children for this role but this was not reflective in the level of salary offered.
