The position I applied for was posted online; likewise, application process followed suit. I received a phone call about three days after submitting my application and scheduled an interview that week. The interview process was very relaxed, yet professional. It was a series of questions, each requiring about a five to ten minute response. Overall the whole process took about 45 minutes. Upon completion of the interview, I was notified within the week of the next step. I was awarded the position, and started a week long training period the following week.
