Rubicon Water interview questions

I have never experienced such pathetic interview process in 15 years of my career. One can never imagine the international company from Australia can behave such way. After getting call from hiring manager my interview process was started. 1st Round ( Hiring Manager ). Goes well and cleared.. 2 nd round ( technical pannel ). Goes well and cleared. On the same day hiring manager called me and confirmed that by end of week we will proceed with managerial round. Here is the catch.. no call or mail in the week . Next week I whatsapp manager and did not received and message. Even hiring manager did not bother to reply for a week. After two weeks He replied and confirm the managerial round will happen soon. After multiple followups on email and WhatsApp. I got an email after 4 weeks that you are rejected.. what the hell they are doing. Rejecting after clearing the multiple rounds. Such a bogus company. Highly non recommended
