I was interviewed by a recruiter who did not work with the company. The interview itself lasted roughly 15 minutes and was via phone on a time that I had coordinated.

Question 1
Aside from the more standard question, I recall they asked some fairly deep questions, including where I saw myself in 10 years from now. It was optional for me to answer personally or professionally.
