1. Interview (online) with HR recruiter and immediately invited to a second (online) interview with the Iberia Manager. 2. Virtual interview using HireVue Seemed a fast process. It wasn't actually... 3. Being told by the recruiter I have been chosen for the last part of the hiring process: a group session and one last interview with the business team. Never happened. It was postponed once, twice,... Just excuses, and then no more feedback.

HR: Typical questions about background, previous experience... Manager: Very few questions. Just wanted to know more info about tasks I took over on previous jobs to see If the position actually suited me. Hire Vue: Describe yourself, Explain how you managed difficult situations, Leading skills, General software questions
The interview process was generally professional and well organized. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were polite and knowledgeable about the role. Questions focused on both technical skills and cultural fit, which made the experience balanced.
1st round HR teams phone call screen, basic behavioral questions regarding your career goal, expectations, and current job
2nd round Hiring manager onsite interview, some tech questions regarding your past experience, and situation questions as a tech support engineer.
The process is great and informative. I was able to know the team and the culture beforehand. In addition, the manager also explains pretty well about the future of the position and how I can contribute to the team.
