SCENE Jr. Graphic Designer interview questions

I applied for the Jr. Graphic Designer role in September and was contacted in November. The first round was with an external recruiter and included an AI bot that recorded the interview (consent was requested beforehand). The second round was with the in-house graphic designer and marketing manager. This round included some repeated questions from the first round, along with behavioral and situational questions. There were also creative prompts, such as “what would you improve” in relation to existing work. Outcome: The company decided not to move forward with any candidates for the role.
