The talent phone screening experience was disappointing. Before we even spoke, the interview was postponed twice, including an email sent just 13 minutes before the original 11:00 AM interview asking to reschedule to 3:00 PM.
At 3:00 PM, I was left waiting another 15 minutes before the recruiter joined, saying they were looking for a booth to take the call. That felt like something that should have been arranged beforehand.
The interview itself was fine, but the repeated last-minute changes and delays came across as unprofessional. A friend of mine had a similar experience with the HR team, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated case.
