Online solliciteren gevolgd door een gesprek met HR. Hierna moet men online wat proeven afleggen. Indien geslag, gesprek Hiring manager. Heel aangenaam en snel Moeilijkere proeven qua tijdsdruk, maar zeker op te lossen. Focus op kwaliteit en niet de kwantiteit hierbij.

Interview
Eerst was er een gesprek met een team lead en daarna met head of data management. Daarna moest je 4u testen invullen en vervolgens kreeg je een voorstel van HR.

Waarom wil je hier werken? Waarom zouden we jou aannemen? Stel dat je in een supermarkt bent en alles is van plaats veranderd, hoe zou je reageren? Hoe ga je om met stress? Wat zijn je groeipunten?

Interview
after the HR review of my application that was provided to the employer by my recruting agency, I was invited for the interview on the premises of the company. The first 30 minutes was a discussion with the department head, primary on the activity of the company and the social and human factors. The next 30 minutes another person steps in to the discussion. This was the head of the team. From here onwards was the discussion more technical and practical. Both were experts into their field of expertise.
