I applied online and successfully passed all the interview stages up until my final meeting with the director at the SHL Indonesia office. The interview with the director went smoothly, and he specifically mentioned that I would be contacted as soon as possible, even providing a specific date for follow-up. However, after this, I never received any further communication from HR—not even a simple rejection message or email.
I reached out to the HR representative for a quick follow-up but was met with complete silence. Considering the time and effort I invested in going through multiple tests and interview stages, the lack of a definitive answer was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It demonstrated a clear lack of respect from the company, particularly from the HR department, toward their applicants.
I would not recommend this company to others. The unprofessional handling of candidates is a major red flag. In hindsight, maybe I dodged a bullet. 0/10.

Interview after a series of tests, overall the session is fluid and open. Conversations are great and we felt the session was made to create fluid conversations. Duration up to 45 mins and I was asked to explain what part or element of the job that really click on me.
