Interview
They called saying that they came across my resume and that I was highly qualified. I am a civil and environmental engineer with 4 years of energy testing experience , structural envelope testing , construction inspection.. This is the second time that a recruiter for Skytec has contacted me about this position in the past 2 years. Each time the recruiter told me that I would be hearing from the Nashville area manager who would contact me for an onsite interview within the next few days . On both occasions I never spoke with or was contacted by the Nashville manager. I called the recruiter to ask if the manager was still intending to have the interview . She emailed the next day saying that he had hired a candidate. I don't know why any company would contact someone based on their qualifications and not bother to have an interview with all potential candidates before making a decision.
Considering how often I have seen this position listed on the internet and the number of times that I was contacted they must have a high turnover rate.
