Previous experience with children and future expectations.
Interview was easy. You just have to be yourself and answer the questions from your heart. The questions are situational just for them to gauge your dedication in joining their organization and passion in teaching children with special needs.

Screening, initial interview, and then final interview. You will be asked to sing nursery songs and read a short story too! It was a calm interview where they get to know you better, the interviewers are nice!
