1st round of interview with hiring manager. 2nd round with director and deputy manager. Interviewers was quite friendly, except felt that the director was a little cocky. Like there is a certain answer he is looking for and not take any answers for that, he will correct you to what he thinks is correct.

Great. Smooth process. No pressure, no stress induced by employers. Employers were genuinely engaged with the conversation of hiring you. Standard question involves if you're comfortable with working rotational shifts - morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Johor Bahru
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SMRT (Johor Bahru) in Oct 2023
The interview process was held at Johor. I am from Selangor but it is okay because I want this job. There are many sacrifices that I made to go here. It is a mass interview, and a lot of people, need to wait but I am also fine with it because it is normal for too many people. But the bad part is I think I did very well during the interview, also the recruiter already talked about the job to me they mentioned to me see you there but I did not get the offer. I think because maybe they want people who live in Johor. But seriously, I made many efforts for this interview. If they just want people near, just mention it earlier. I already asked why not selected but they not answering it. Very disappointed.
- Explain about your current job
