7days rotating shift work + 2/3days off. Need to OT on off days to complete maintenance. Increment is bad. Even if you scored the highest grade, increment is 3%. Workload does not reflect pay.

Bonus is not bad if you are a conscientious worker
Cons
toxic work environment, management has very traditional mindset, not open to change, not open to apologise. Bosses align to one person's view at the top so everything flows down from there whether or not it makes sense. Everything works to suit one person.
