SOG Design interview questions

Multiple interviews done. What was discussed in terms of expectations and job description different from one interview to another. There is no written job description. They expect you to be totally fluid, apparently. However, this was not clearly communicated during the interview. Should have been a red flag, but the salary offered was good and therefore I ignored the red flags.
