SOM interview questions

I was contacted by the hiring manager after sending an online application, had a GoToMeeting interview with three employees, and was given an offer about one week later. I was contacted by the hiring manager, as well as a member of the senior design staff that I interviewed with, with a phone call walking me through the offer as well as a formal email. Everyone I spoke with was very nice.

The interview was held in person. The atmosphere was friendly, casual and informative. I feel I was well prepared and that preparation was acknowledged and appreciated. I accepted another offer, but not because the interview or company was not adequate. I plan to apply again in the future if the opportunity arises.
