Interview
Make sure you know what the concept of "multiple pathways" or "all pathways". Support harm reduction and be capable of handling large caseloads. Otherwise the interview is quite easy. They are also willing to provide your training, so there is no need to come to the interview with any extra qualifications or training.

Interview
It was kind of awkward. She asked very forward questions which was fine, but I wanted to say that I had to get vaccinated in order to get this job and I don’t personally believe in vaccinations. I really really wanted this job and I thought I would still be at this job with my CSW, but that’s not the case but they did tell me that if I did not get the vaccination that I would not be able to work with them, so I did end up getting the vaccination and I am pretty upset with myself that I put my morals to the side in order for a job that didn’t appreciate me that didn’t help me succeed and people just gossip about me and I was fired without cause
