SSI Services interview questions

I was initially telephoned by HR with an invite to attend a face to face interview. This was then followed up by an email by which there were 2 tasks to complete. Firstly I was to present on their current Digital Marketing activities and how they could be improved and secondly to write a 500 word article from a choice of topics given. On the day of the interview for which I had spent a large amount of time preparing for, I was interviewed by 2 people. I delivered my presentation, they reviewed my article and then asked me a series of competency and behavioural questions. I felt the interview went well and was pleased with my efforts, they told me that the hiring manager (sign off needed) was on holiday for 2 weeks and that I would not have a response for at least a couple of weeks to which I accepted of course. The weeks came and went and I never heard a word from this company again, I chased via emails to HR as well as follow up phone calls and when I heard nothing I phoned the man who interviewed me and left a voicemail telling him my utter dismay that I had no response or feedback. After all the work and effort I had put into the presentation, article and interview I am extremely disappointed that no one had the common courtesy to ring me and tell me that I didn't get the job. Utterly shameful and would have taken all of 5 mins.
