Two rounds in person interview with at least 2 personnel each round. No written tests. Questions asked are expected, but it will be ideal to do background research before attending the interviews.

Why do you want to join ST ENGINEERING? Describe your current work scope.
Simple interview process. Did it in person, need to cater time to change pass to enter the building. Straightforward questions by the interviewer about background and reasons for leaving, a little on technical knowledge etc, usual interview questions
It was an overall quite smooth and efficient process. The HR team or person were prompt and helpful in responding to all my queries which came across multiple calls and email exchanges. The interview with the hiring manager included domain specific technical questions which are not too difficult.
