Walk on, a friend told me about the job,and that they couldnt keep anyone, so i drove out ther, met the shift manager who took me on a tour, showed me the job and told me few people stayed more than a week due to long hours and hard work, but i needed work so i took it then and there and stayed with it for 2 years.

one test on c++, followed by interview, for entry level is very basic for IT knowledge. The test is very tough, however, the requirement is not high . the interviewers are technical manager and department manager, technical manager is very technical, while the department manager is more on what you expect
