The recruiter did an awful job on selling the role and made me not want to join the company. I can tell this is a toxic environment because even the receptionist was in a bad mood. The interview was basically an interrogation like they're some great big company. I suggest investing in company culture and getting better recruiters if you want better employees.

What have you been doing and what are you looking for?
Lengthy interview process and project request for an embarrassingly low entry level salary. A design director position requires many years of experience which means the salary must be competitive. Highly low brow.

Interview
Over 3 hours long and just a lot of talking about nothing. These ladies love to talk but it really gets in the way of any productive conversation. And it's not one interview but a phone interview TWO 3 hour interviews of them talking about how great they are, and how that no one know hard work like them, its very self gratuitous.
