Interview
I was invited to the recruitment process by a recruiter through LinkedIn. The process started with a technical interview (skills check), based on the tasks to be done. All the questions and tasks were correlated with development (programming). This technical interview lasted around 1,5h. In a few days I was invited to the second interview - "a soft one". Second interview was based on CV, my experience, working preferences and language skills.

Live coding, code review, development process know how. My most successful projects. My most satisfying project. The role I feel best in. Experience in working in scrum and/or agile environment.
The interview process was good, I got the feedback quite quick, I also got the information what I am lacking in my skill and should be improved. Overall it was a good experience.
