I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SYANSoft Technologies (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly very easy — too easy, in fact. The interviewer clearly lacked a technical background and struggled with basic communication. At times, he even switched to speaking in a regional dialect (Bihari), which felt unprofessional and out of place in a formal interview setting.
He didn’t seem to understand my resume properly and didn’t ask any technical or skill-based questions. He only asked about my previous experience and kept repeating things like “Good, very good” without any real discussion. It felt like he wasn’t prepared at all and had no clear idea of what to evaluate
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only real question I was asked was about my previous work experience. There were no technical questions, no coding problems, and no attempt to assess my actual skills. The interviewer just kept saying “Good, very good” after everything I said. It was clear he hadn’t read my resume properly and wasn’t prepared for the interview.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SYANSoft Technologies (Lagos) in Jan 2020
