Interview Process Overview
First Round: A multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) consisting of 20 questions covering Core Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Spring, and Databases.
Second Round (Technical): A discussion focused on Spring and Java, with potential problem-solving tasks related to strings or arrays.
Third Round: Primarily covers Spring, Hibernate, or JPA, with in-depth technical questions.
Fourth Round (CTO Interview): A conversation with the CTO involving general questions, experience-related discussions, and work ethics. At this stage, they confirm your selection.
Final Round (Casual Discussion): Despite being informed that the previous round was the final one, an additional round is scheduled, described as a casual conversation rather than an interview.
Post-Interview Process: After completion, they request all necessary documents via email. However, there is a delay in response. When you follow up, they refer back to the last round (which was supposed to be non-evaluative), stating that you were found unsuitable.
