It begins with questions about the interviewee, like tell us about yourself. Then proceed to the career, these are the skills that have been gained through the career of the interviewee. The panel proceeds to ask what the objectives of the interviewee in the next five to ten year.

I interviewed for a Base station /Radio Access Network engineer. Very thorough and precise. Panel was friendly. Feedback was in time (two weeks). Panel was composed of two senior regional managers and a Human resource representative.
