Terrible process. A previous review nailed it: Heavily political in weird ways, red flags that were sometimes highlighted by the interviewer, Constantly adding on interviews: the process went from 3 interviews to 7 over a month. Repeat interviews with the same, high level people, with no new questions or insights Interviews ended very well, feedback at all stages was very positive, until the final rejection with 'Not qualified due to these factors which weren't part of the role or interviews'. Dodged a bullet it feels.
