Saito University College interview questions

First I was sent an e mail to attend an interview online via Google meet. Simple and interviewed by the head of department. He was pleasant man. He asked me questions related to my experience in teaching. After interview I waited for the reply, which was in one week. But I only got offer letter after 1 month.
