It was quite a chill process, mainly asking about the background and any experience in F&B. Following that, they asked about availability and when I can start. Not a tense environment, and quite seamless interview process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SaladStop! (Muntinlupa) in Dec 2020
Interview
In the interview process, I went through three rounds: an initial phone screen with HR, a technical interview with the team lead, and a final in-person interview with senior management.
They emailed to ask which time is suitable for a quick call. I replied to the email with a time period. The person did not reply to the email and also called after the time period. When they realised that I am not suitable for the job as they wanted to hire someone immediately, they just replied with a thank you and hung up.
