Was offered position by my supervisor. First interviewed with my district leader. Second interview was with the Territory Leader along with my District Leader and a HR Employee Representative. Got a call back about a week later with an offer for a Store Leader position.

Through video chat. Easy to use and a great way to have an interview. She asked some standard questions and it only took about 15 mins. Overall not a bad experience.

They call you to set up interview. The store manager does the interview. Then they do a background check it takes about a week to come back,, and then they will have you start
