Interview
I was referred by another manager, it took about 2weeks to hear anything and schedule an interview, usually the district manager does a second interview with you after you've interviewed with the store manager
Although the interview was quick, the environment was neat and organized, the
Store manager was nice and inviting and the
Staff seemed friendly. While waiting I noticed how helpful everyone was with the customers that came in.
Smooth process. Kind and asked good questions. Not too long. I felt prepared for what they asked. I would have taken the job at a different time. Maybe next time!
Most important thing to them at the time was my availability, also seem passionate about the position your applying for! It was pretty easy for me I just spoke to the manager nicely. Wasn’t asked to try to sell any product. I think now they have to do two interviews before hired tho.
