Easy. Just asked basic knowledge of wine and food. Mostly interested in previous jobs and if they were in hig end restaurants. Also wanted to know if you had liquor serving experience. Just make sure you have past serving experience.

Before they interview you, you have to pass a drug test. Then if you pass you will go to the interview. Not too long interview. Asks you why you want to work there, what experience you have, and why you love BBQ. easy enough.

Filled out a form, interviewed with a manager, hired on the spot. Its hard to fluff a restaurant interview. Either a person has serving experience, or they don't. The next filter is where a person has served before. Was it in upscale dining, or a high volume restaurant.
