Three people ask questions pertaining to personality and work ethic. Don't need a lot of work experience but it is a big plus so you can make sure you're in the right department.

Very friendly but professional, it varies from office to office. In my experience, they were flexible with you as you are typically a younger student. I only did one round of interviews at both offices I worked for.
