Interviewed me at the actual cafe seating. Talked to me realistically about the job and how busy it would be. asked about experience and past trouble with customers. Asked about my availability.
Interview
Apply online and got a call week later. There was 3 interviews, with any Team lead, another Team lead or manager, the the final goes to the GM. This took place in one day, in about 2 hours. After interviews then you go for a drug test and they submit a background check. In one week they called back for orientation times.

Nothing to difficult, if your called for an interview and a decent person, you have a 99% percent chance of getting hired.
It was honestly nice and simple. But you may have to walk in after applying online. Mine said interviewing online but I didn’t get any emails so I walked in
Interview process was simple. It's a low skilled job with average pay. I was hired the same day. They asked questions about past work experience and asked you to answer scenario questions
