I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sam's Club
Interview
Scheduled for an interview as per the usual, met in club, lead to General Manager's office. The GM asked a few short questions, preceded to bring in a Supervisor as well. The two then conducted my interview, being very specific about my last job. However some mistake was made and they apparently called me in for a temporary job during their anniversary event, something that I did not apply to. They were very gracious about this and were committed to working with me to hire me. We eventually worked out a deal where I would assist with their anniversary event for 2 days, after which I would be working in customer service.
Very easy going and explained very well. Nice interviewer and explained job description very well. Long wait time for interview. Everyone was very nice upon arrival and checked on me several times.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Thornton, CO) in Jun 2025
Interview
Realize the position doesn’t require a lot of education, but the interviewer should look at the resume of the potential hire and see their experience. Questions should be structured to experience and an understanding of how their skills would apply.
