It was very good and the staff was very friendly! Made it easy and less nervous due to the fact they are so easy to talk to. They also offered me a free glass of water / coffee upon arrival.
The interview process was pretty average. They made sure I could work certain shifts and be a member of a team. All of the questions were pretty basic and average.

It was good and low stressful process. First step, set up for quick call. They asked me about my background, my experiences with customer services. At the end, aske for the next round of interview in-person.
