Samfiru Tumarkin interview questions

Pretty bog standard and straight forward. It wasn't long or tedious. Simple questions, no gimmicks. Interviewer was very nice, was not particularly intimidating. Would have considered taking the job if I didn't end up getting a better offer.

Short screening interview over the phone by HR to see if you will be a good fit for the role, asked surface level questions, no technical questions, just gauging interest, future aspirations. If you answers don't align with being in the position you are interviewing for for the foreseeable future they won't like you. I asked about opportunities for growth within the firm and they said they don't really promote from within because those people don't have the experience... huge red flag.
